Delhi office on block
India’s second-largest property firm Unitech has put on the block its 2-lakh sq ft office at upmarket Saket in New Delhi.
Both Unitech and HDFC admitted the property was on the block, but refused to confirm the deal. “I cannot confirm till we sign a deal,” Unitech chairman Ramesh Chandra said.

Residential construction spending fell 1.3 percent and nonresidential construction spending rose 0.1 percent. Slower economic growth and tighter lending standards will continue to put downward pressure on construction spending.
