Boeing Names Head of Commercial Sales and Northrop Grumman Earns ISO 20000 Certification for IT Service Management

Larry Dickenson, the head of Boeing Co.’s (NYSE: BA) commercial sales division, is retiring at the end of the year after nearly four decades at the airplane manufacturer, the company said recently. Dickenson will leave Boeing Dec. 31, before he reaches the company’s mandatory retirement age of 65. He’ll be replaced by Raymond Conner, 52, who has led commercial airplane sales for North, Central and South America for the past 4 1/2 years.
